Lunch with the Gustin's

For mid-winter break the Gustin's traveled home to Arizona to spend the week with family and we are so happy to be on their way down! They left their home in MV at 3am and drove to us in Boise for lunch. It was so wonderful to see them and spend even just a few hours together! Thank you Gustin's for spending time with us. We hope it didn't drag out your long drive to much. Can't wait till you can come back and stay with us for more time!

Gustin's and Moulton's arrived at the same time for lunch! It's a good thing I went to Costco, so all 3 families could eat and be full! :)

- A game of black-out hide n' go seek!
- late night card games!
- Four wheeling in the Expedition in knee high mud!
- Laughing so hard you cry!
- Target shooting in the hills!
and
- most importantly for a good time you need good friends!!!

Thank you Aaron, Kira, Taylor, Brian and Katie for a super fun weekend and for staying so close even though we are farther apart!

Preschool Valentines Party

I love this little boy!!

I had a great time helping out at his preschool Valentine party. We played Valentine Bingo, decorated cookies, and Shane was thrilled to show me his decorated Valentine bag with all his Valentines from his new friends! Life is good for a 4 year old. :)

Family Riding

I know it's going to get cold again since it's only February but this past weekend it felt almost like spring was here! It was 50 degrees and sunny so we decided to get out and play. We took all the kids riding in the foothills behind our home. It's the first time I had been on a quad in a long time. We had a great time and are so thankful that we have the opportunity to do these things together as a family!

Millard's Visit

We are so blessed to have so many wonderful friends drive down to see us!! This Feb. Jon and Christa Millard and family came and stayed the weekend with us and we had such a wonderful time!! The weather was sunny and beautiful. We played out side, the kids built a fort, and Christa and I were even able to sneak away and have some girl time shopping in Eagle! What a great weekend it was. Thanks for coming to see us Millard's, we love you guys!!

1st Day of Preshool

(On his first day of school they had a 30 party-Shane said it was the best day ever!)

Shane started preschool this month. And it's a good thing because he was pretty bored here at home! He is so excited to have something of his own and he looks forward to going each week. He has a perfect schedule right now of 2 days a week for a few hours. He loves his teacher Mrs. Robin. What a big boy you are now Shane! We love you!
